Dust Control

Misting
Using various types of system from Air Rotary Atomisers, Hydraulic Rotary Atomisers, Air Rotary Atomisers and Electric Rotary Atomisers. We can suppress dust by misting over a problem area. Droplets vary from 30 microns to 80 microns.

Nozzle Lines
Used to suppress large areas, we can supply self-contained trailers, diesel pumps and nozzle lines; electric high pressure lines with very fine droplet size.

Sprinklers
Road way, haulage yards, quarries. Sprinklers supplied and fitted, fully controlled to suit customer requirements.

DustClear
DustClear has been developed to bind dust and floating parts. DustClear is totally biologically degradable so it can be used on many applications. Potential applications for DustClear include sorting lines for building, demolition, house and industrial waste, wood reducers, stone crushers, compost and concrete industry and concrete controls.
