Stand Alone O.D.S. Unit

These stand alone units are ideal for smaller areas where dust or odour is a problem. All that is required to set the O.D.S. unit into operation is a water and electricity supply. Each unit is portable and can be operational in a few minutes.

A container of an odour neutralising solution can be fitted to the base of the unit and automatically be dosed into the atomised liquid. All units can be manufactured to oscillate if required; this gives the opportunity to cover a larger area with a single unit and reduce cost.

The mist is generated by a rotary atomiser which is driven at 12,000 rpm causing the liquid to be atomised into billions of tiny droplets. The droplet size is determined by the speed of the atomiser but is typically 20-25 microns.

These units can be adapted for many different situations. Maintenance is minimal and these atomisers can operate in extremely harsh conditions.
